Viridian Maritime are a niche provider of marine services to the shipping and maritime industry with our core business as Vessel Operations and Asset Management.
Vessel Operations involves Technical, Crew and Marine HSE management and when we talk about Asset Management, we mean vessels ranging from Tankers, Bulk, Containers to the more complex and diversified Offshore OSV, Subsea and Jack-Up & Lift boat assets.

Offshore Asset Management
Offshore assets are niche in their own aspect with vessel types varying from Supply vessels to the more complex Subsea, Offshore Construction and Jack-Up Liftboats. This is where our experience and expertise lie, in supporting you with full asset management capabilities and due diligence in the demanding Oil & Gas markets, specifically with the continued downturn in the sector.
Ship Management
Our Ship Management services includes Technical and Marine HSE operations, Crew Management, Procurement, Repair & Maintenance, Insurance amongst others for all vessel types. Asset Management capabilities include: Bulk carriers, Gas Carriers, Container vessels and Tankers.
Crew Management
Crew are the backbone of any vessel’s operational management and if crew on-board our managed vessels hold the right calibre, the right mind-set, relevant experience and are cost-effective to the vessels’ owner; then more than half the concerns are solved.
We at Viridian Maritime, pay special emphasis towards this particular aspect because we work tirelessly to deliver a crewing plan which meets your needs from the very beginning, be it based on the nationality of crew, meeting local content / cabotage requirements (specifically in the offshore space), experience required versus the type of vessel, oil majors or charterers requirements and a host of others.
Advisory, Inspections, Consultancy & Project Management
We specialize in Marine Consultancy and Advisory to financial institutions, Private Equity (PE) investors, Shipping Funds, Shipowners, brokers, insurance houses, and other stakeholders in the shipping and Maritime industry.
Our Marine Consultancy services covers a wide range of expertise having undertaken various projects.
Lay-Up Services
Whilst most shipping markets are cyclical in nature, we fully understand why then owners deem it uneconomical to operate their vessels and consider, based on a duration, either a warm or cold lay-up of their vessels.
Our team specifically assist owners and operators alike, providing them cost effective solutions based on their time horizon and requirements, having done so for various asset classes ranging from FPSO, OSV’s to the conventional tanker and dry cargo vessels.
Due Diligence
We support you during your M&A activities with technical due diligence of your vessels, covering not only operational and financial performance, but also, technical, contractual, and strategic assessment.
